Our hand rolled kolaches are made fresh each day using our own delicious yeast dough made with pure creamery butter, whole fresh eggs, high quality flour, real cream and cane sugar. We source only the best ingredients for our fillings like our own in-house pit smoked meats, Boar’s Head cheeses and Boarri Craft chorizo.
Our family owned and run restaurant began in 2019 at the corner of Comanche and Staples streets, downtown Corpus Christi. Today, we are located downstairs in the 555 building on Carancahua at the corner of Lipan. There is metered parking in the front of the building, a loading area to the side of the building (up to 30 minutes) and complimentary covered visitor parking in the back of the building off of Tancahua St. We are open from 7am-2pm Monday-Friday.
