Brisket and pulled pork sandwiches are made using our own pit-smoked meats and are served on our homemade bun. They come with your choice of house pickles, pickled jalapenos, sliced red onions and BBQ Sauce.
Deli sandwiches are made using premium Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, served on our homemade Rosemary focaccia bun.
Street tacos are made using our own homemade corn tortillas and include jalapeno slaw & BBQ Sauce
Our lunch tacos are served on our homemade buttermilk tortillas and include BBQ sauce.
The legendary Torpedo Taco is served on a large homemade buttermilk tortilla and is stuffed with 2 fluffy scrambled eggs, chopped brisket, seared sausage coins and Boar’s Head Colby Jack cheese. Comes with both our Avocado Tomatillo sauce and BBQ Sauce. You’ll think you can’t finish it, but you will. Oh, you will 😛
Our Brisket Guisada plate includes and 8oz cup of brisket guisada and is served with 2 homemade buttermilk tortillas, charro beans, skillet potatoes, lettuce, tomato and salsa.
SOUPS & SIDES
Unless we sell out, we carry our award winning Poblano Soup every day. We also serve up our homemade charro beans, fresh fruit cups and side salads every day. During the winter, our soup of the day usually rotates between our Brisket Pot Roast Soup, Butternut Squash Soup, Broccoli Cheese Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup and Posole. Our drink offerings include unsweetned tea, sweet tea, hibiscus tea, Italian sodas and Lavazza coffee.
Italian sodas and coffee can be customized with one of our many Monin syrups.
Lunch is served 11am-2pm Monday – Friday.
After hours and dinner pickups can be arranged.
